CGI stands for computer graphics; it's the use of computers to generate digital images. There are two types of CGI- three-dimensional (3d) computer graphics and computer generated imagery (cg). CGI is used in movies, video games and other forms of creative media. 3d computer graphics are also used in real-world applications such as engineering and education.
